Flower Fun

My friend asked me to do the flowers for her wedding, and I was beyond thrilled!

We found some beautiful pieces to play with!

The finished product... (I couldn't decide which filter I liked more)

Had just enough time to make a flower crown for her little girl :)

He happens to be a hugger, so his flower didn't quite make it to the ceremony...

Decorated their baskets with some fun ribbon.

Witnessed the marriage of these two wonderful people!

Tuckered out from the day's activities, but my heart was FULL!

So I did a Thing...

It was truly an honor to be able to shoot such an intimate occasion! 

This is my very first time doing anything like this, and not having had any training, I'm pleased with the results. These are some of my favorite shots from the day, I hope you enjoy! Edits are simply filters from photos.  Shot with a Nikon D80 

Things I learned: I love taking pictures of the details, and candid shots.  I do not love taking group photos (I took HUNDREDS) .... And... photography takes quads!

I need to learn how to switch between focus of subjects, and how to edit.
